A Typical Day
- •Support Strategy Development
- •Work closely with Senior Program Leads and Strategists to inform program strategy
- •Ensure strategies are aligned with business priorities throughout the duration of program
- •Manage Project Planning and Execution
- •Develop project plans based on a program strategy
- •Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs
- •Schedule regular working team meetings, take notes and track action items
- •Lead Reporting and Documentation
- •Track project progress and prepare status reports
- •Document learnings and share best practices across teams
- •Manage program performance and measurement
- •Own Program Operations and Team Logistics
- •Collaborate with BizOps team on connecting Global Program Team to internal tools and processes
- •Build team culture and skills by setting up internal programs
- •Establish center of operational excellence
- •Define systems and operations that extend to other Project Managers across the team
- •Mentor and guide other Project Managers on the team in best practices
How We'll Take Care of You
- •Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
- •The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
- •This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
- •Pay Range $156,000 — $195,000 USD
Your Expertise
- •10+ years experience in project management
- •Strong organizational and time-management skills with extraordinary attention to detail
- •Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
- •Experience with budget tracking and vendor management
- •Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows
- •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- •Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
- •Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- •Able to work autonomously when given direction
- •Experience in a fast-paced environment and proactively operates with a bias for action
