• •Support Strategy Development
• •Work closely with Senior Program Leads and Strategists to inform program strategy
• •Ensure strategies are aligned with business priorities throughout the duration of program
• •Manage Project Planning and Execution
• •Develop project plans based on a program strategy
• •Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs
• •Schedule regular working team meetings, take notes and track action items
• •Lead Reporting and Documentation
• •Track project progress and prepare status reports
• •Document learnings and share best practices across teams
• •Manage program performance and measurement
• •Own Program Operations and Team Logistics
• •Collaborate with BizOps team on connecting Global Program Team to internal tools and processes
• •Build team culture and skills by setting up internal programs
• •Establish center of operational excellence
• •Define systems and operations that extend to other Project Managers across the team
• •Mentor and guide other Project Managers on the team in best practices

• •Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
• •The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
• •This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
• •Pay Range $156,000 — $195,000 USD

• •10+ years experience in project management
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills with extraordinary attention to detail
• •Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
• •Experience with budget tracking and vendor management
• •Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows
• •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• •Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
• •Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• •Able to work autonomously when given direction
• •Experience in a fast-paced environment and proactively operates with a bias for action
