Overview
Superside is seeking a Growth Product Manager to enhance their website's performance and drive business growth through experimentation and optimization. Superside is looking for a Growth Product Manager to help turn our website into a stronger driver of pipeline, conversion, and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & CRO, you'll own the website growth roadmap, lead experimentation efforts, and partner with Marketing and Engineering to build scalable, high-performing web experiences.
What You'll Do
- โขOwn the website growth and experimentation roadmap, aligning initiatives to pipeline, conversion, and business goals.
- โขPartner with Marketing and Engineering to deliver high-performing landing pages, campaigns, and website experiences.
- โขBuild and prioritize an experimentation backlog across messaging, conversion paths, page templates, and key user journeys.
- โขDrive A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline generation.
- โขDefine requirements for website enhancements, CMS workflows, and platform capabilities.
- โขImprove marketing self-service capabilities through reusable templates, components, and scalable workflows.
- โขPartner with Analytics to establish tracking requirements, event taxonomy, reporting, and measurement frameworks.
- โขBalance growth opportunities, technical investments, and engineering capacity through clear prioritization.
- โขMonitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, usability, and conversion.
- โขCollaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- โข5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Management, CRO, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- โขStrong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- โขExperience translating business goals into product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- โขExperience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- โขStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- โขWorking knowledge of web analytics, experimentation metrics, funnel analysis, and conversion reporting.
- โขFamiliarity with event tracking, attribution, analytics QA, and performance measurement.
- โขExperience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, or similar.
- โขExperience with experimentation and personalization platforms such as Optimizely, Mutiny, Webflow Optimize, or similar.
- โขFamiliarity with digital experience analytics tools such as FullStory, Hotjar, or similar is a plus.
