The role oversees Sales, Partner Success, Onboarding, and Growth Management across regional teams and headquarters.
What you'll do
- •Own commercial execution across Sales, Partner Success, Onboarding, and Growth Management in all regions.
- •Build a consistent end-to-end partner journey, from initial sale and onboarding through ongoing business development and relationship management.
- •Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization with clear performance expectations, management routines, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- •Ensure effective collaboration across commercial, partner-facing, operational, and technical teams, with clear ownership throughout the partner lifecycle.
- •Partner with Regional Heads to drive sales performance, partner growth, retention, and overall commercial effectiveness.
- •Establish global commercial policies, standards, and ways of working, and ensure their consistent regional application.
- •Develop processes and guidelines that enable seamless collaboration between Partner Success and Growth Management.
