What You’ll Do
- •Support Galaxy’s highest-priority tier-1 accounts, working alongside senior leadership and business heads on live institutional engagements.
- •Own the development of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
- •Contribute directly to deal outcomes end-to-end, from initial engagement through close.
- •Drive post-meeting execution, including note capture, follow-ups, and internal coordination to maintain deal momentum.
- •Translate complex products and strategies into clear, compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences.
- •Build fluency across Galaxy’s digital asset offerings, including structured products, tokenization, custody and wallet infrastructure, and asset management.
- •Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- •Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- •2-4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles
- •Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision
- •Strong experience building excellent client-ready materials in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear, polished outputs
- •Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
- •Thrives under tight timelines and high standards – and brings a grinder’s mentality to match
- •Passion for digital assets, fintech, digital infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy
