Join Luno as a Product Manager for Stablecoin Issuance & Wallet Infrastructure, leading the development of institutional products and services in a rapidly evolving crypto landscape. Responsibilities
- •Own the products institutions touch: self-service issuance platform and Wallet as a Service.
- •Manage the issuance platform: portal, mint and redeem flows, yield distribution, user and access management, approval workflows, statements and reporting.
- •Oversee Wallet as a Service: how institutions embed wallets into their own platforms.
- •Ensure repeatability for future local-currency stablecoins.
- •Convert manual steps in customer journeys into self-service products.
- •Engage with customers: treasury teams, payment providers, market makers, and financial institutions to shape the roadmap.
- •Build necessary controls for trust in an issuer: auditability, segregation of duties, and compliance reporting.

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- •Experience building for institutional users: treasury, payments, capital markets, or banking.
- •Deep understanding of stablecoins and issuance economics: reserves, yield, minting, and redemption.
- •Familiarity with on-chain settlement and product trade-offs.
- •Ability to operate within a regulated environment and collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
- •Credibility with institutional customers and experience in treasury or banking calls.
- •Proficiency in using AI for discovery, analysis, writing, and prototyping.
