Job Description
We're looking for a Cleaner to join our team at Entain. Reporting to the shop manager you'll help keep our shop clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and colleagues.
- •Maintain high cleaning standards across the shop.
- •Focus on keeping customer and staff toilets clean, stocked, and usable.
- •Vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty bins.
- •Help us meet our shop standards to support a great customer experience.
- •Work following all Health and Safety regulations.
- •Hours and working pattern: Shop opening hours: 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday. Typically 3 shifts per week, including weekends and bank holidays. (Your exact shift pattern to be discussed at interview)

To be successful in this role
- •You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
- •Take pride in clean, safe spaces.
- •Experience dealing with challenging situations.
- •Comfortable working in a busy customer environment.
- •Cleaning experience preferred (retail, offices, hospitality, public areas), but not essential.
- •Comfortable cleaning in a busy, customer-facing environment.
