Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale’s SEAL Leaderboard portfolio.
  • Facilitate the Leaderboard Steering Committee and drive alignment across AI-PM, ML, Engineering, Operations, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and operationalize new leaderboard proposals.
  • Define and manage the end-to-end leaderboard product lifecycle.
  • Partner with ML researchers and domain experts to develop trustworthy evaluation methodologies.
  • Drive the roadmap for leaderboard infrastructure, automation, and operational tooling.
  • Establish governance processes for benchmark quality and evaluation integrity.
  • Work directly with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to understand evaluation needs.
  • Track adoption, usage, customer impact, and business outcomes.
  • Identify new evaluation categories and benchmark opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM teams to support customer engagements and product launches.

Conditions

  • Base salary range: $205,600 — $257,000 USD.
  • Equity and benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, retirement benefits, learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
  • Additional benefits may include a commuter stipend.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with machine learning systems.
  • Experience building and scaling products that require coordination across teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market signals into product strategy.
  • Experience working with AI researchers or evaluation frameworks is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of creating new products.
  • Passion for advancing trustworthy AI evaluation.
