Responsibilities

  • •Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position;
  • •Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest;
  • •Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs;
  • •Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth;
  • •Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership.

Requirements

  • •Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry, with a solid understanding of the structure and organization of a payment gateway / payment institution (experience working in SaaS companies will be considered an advantage);
  • •Proven Skills: Working Experience as an active sales professional or in business development manager, who is not afraid to take responsibility and is ready to achieve success together with the team;
  • •Negotiation skills: The ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions, with a focus on the success and growth of both the client’s business and the company;
  • •Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences;
  • •Organizational Efficiency: Superior self-organization and discipline, consistently thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
  • •Networking: Attend relevant events to network with prospective partners and promote paytech’s solutions.
