What you'll do
- •Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
- •Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
- •Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
- •Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA
- •Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
- •Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
- •Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery
