What you'll do
- •Frequently review customer journeys, product lobbies, management of banners and navigation in the Sportsbook vertical.
- •Ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices including mobile apps.
- •Be involved in the ideation of sportsbook communications, promotions, and campaigns with assistance from the SB manager, Casino manager and SoMe team.
- •Take ownership of the planned initiatives, end-to-end including conceptualization, creation, execution, follow-up, and learnings & optimization.
- •Writing copy of communications and content to upsell our product, features and key sporting events across various CRM channels.
- •Frequently sit down with the Sportsbook Manager to evaluate initiatives including but not limited to communications & campaigns, to get an understanding of the performance, the effect on the business and how to improve and optimize.
- •Proactively suggest new investigations and analysis using data to determine the best course of action (A/B tests), benchmark communications, promotions, best practices & product features from competitors.
- •Work closely with our local marketing team to ensure the key messaging is clear and on-point across all channels.
- •Leverage ambassadors & external assets in our communication strategy & on-site.
- •Maximize our brand portfolio & multibrand strategy.
- •Improve internal processes and strategies.
