What you'll do
- •Identify training and development needs of employees
- •Develop and conduct training programs, workshops, and other L&D initiatives
- •Coordinate work with external training providers and evaluate program effectiveness
- •Support manager development and conduct team workshops
- •Participate in the development of Mayflower Academy and internal training practices
- •Analyze business needs and propose solutions for employee development
